Was out before the weekend to Penang with the club mostly to play pickleball. We played at Picklemotion and walked to Gurney Plaza.The queue at Oriental Coffee was super long.

周末前和俱乐部去槟城，主要是去打匹克球。我们在 Picklemotion 打了球，然后步行去了 Gurney Plaza。Oriental Coffee 外面在排长龙。

1So we walked back to the hotel. Walked further tp Coffee Island Café.

所以我们走回酒店。继续往前走，来到了Coffee Island Café。

They displayed part of their memy at the entrance.

他们在入口处展示了他们的部分菜单。

They have interesting decorations.

他们的装饰很有意思。

I guess the little fishes were ornamental.

我猜那些小鱼是用来装饰的。

The lunch menu was not ready but it was only about 15 minutes before 11am.

午餐菜单还没准备好，但当时离上午 11 点只有 15 分钟了。

I had a heavy breakfast and was afraid the portion would be too heavy for early lunch.

我早餐吃得比较多，担心分量太重，吃不下早午餐。

So I didn’t order any food.

所以我没点吃的。

So we orderd drinks and I got a simple soya milk with grass jelly.

于是我们点了饮料，我点了一杯简单的仙草豆浆。

One of our friend ordered fried lao shu and it took a while to serve.

我们的一个朋友点了炒老鼠粉，等了好一会儿才上桌。

The portion was indeed quite big. He shared with a few of us and it was good enough we finished the whole thing before taking picture.

份量确实挺大。他和我们几个人分享，味道不错，我们在拍照前就吃完了。

A couple of guys came later and ordered the same thing and we managed to get a photo of the before after the after. 😎

后来又来了两个朋友，也点了同样的东西，我们设法拍的之前照片结果之后有机会拍到了。

On the way back to the hotel, I saw some artists.

回酒店的路上，我看到了一些艺术家。
