Hello, good morning to all the beautiful people of this community. Today I want to share with you several tips for drinks made with papaya. This is not my favorite fruit, but it is the one that accompanies almost every day for its properties and benefits. I can eat it alone in the mornings, and even prepare the delicious dulce de papaya that sweetens us at Christmas time. But in drinks, I like it in juice, and especially in meringue.

Regarding its properties, I can say that it is wonderful for digestion so it is always a good choice for breakfast or lunch. It also strengthens the immune system, lowers blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Papaya - Google
Al respecto de sus propiedades, puedo decir que es maravillosa para la digestión por lo que siempre es una buena opción durante el desayuno o el almuerzo. También fortalece el sistema inmunológico, reduce la presión arterial y los niveles de colesterol. Lechosa – Google

Here are some of my tips for drinks:
1.- To make the papaya juice, I prefer to freeze the papaya in squares and add only a little water and sugar... that way it is frappé style, as if we add crushed ice.
2.- As for flavors, in order not to get bored of the usual flavor, and to vary it a little, sometimes I add drops of vanilla, and other times I add cinnamon, when I blend it, and this gives it different, varied, and very rich flavors.
Éstos son algunos de mis tips en bebidas:

As for the meringue, which I like very thick, in order not to add ice because when it melts it leaves my shake watery, I also use previously frozen papaya cubes, I add milk and sugar to taste, a little bit of vanilla, and a very small portion of water according to my taste as well.
As the blender mixes and crushes the frozen papaya cubes, you can see the consistency of the meringue and that is when I decide if I want to add a little more water or leave it like that.

I hope you like these tips to prepare papaya drinks, thank you all for visiting my blog. Happy start of the week.
