Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. in this content i want to share my experience about the first time trying this Ramen Franchise Restaurant called Gokana Ramen & Teppan. Usually i am eating ramen on different franchise called Ramen Ya or Ichiban Sushi because these 2 is kinda affordable than others. But, this time me and my little family trying to eating on Gokana. I really forgot who telling me about this ramen restaurant that in this place, the ramen is kinda expensive. Thats why i hestitate to trying eating on this restaurant. And then the opportunity came. So, lets try dig in how delicious and how expensive this ramen.
Since we are living in big city, yeah this Ramen Restaurant inside mall actually. This place is kinda cozy, but i dont know when weekend and when the lunch time or dinner time, this place will super crowded maybe and it will make not cozy anymore since this place have no privation at all. So, maybe when we are talking most likely our voice will not heard.
This is what i am ordered. Ummm, Actually i forgot the names of this menu.LOL. I dont remember the names and what i do remember that i picked the miso that the salty broth. The taste of the broth is quite delicious and umami. But for me its too salty. And for the other condiment like the mushroom.Since i am not mushroom lover, i dont like this dish combined with mushroom. Maybe it is better with the fresh vegetables at least it for me. For the Meat, yeah it is almost same with other ramen restaurant franchise, they never give much beef. The taste is kinda good for beef, but it just too little of the portion. And this dish is kinda lack of vegetables for me, So it makes the oil of this broth is too thick on tongue and throat. It will make me more thristy. And the most delicious on this dish is the noodles itself. It is super delicate and the taste is kinda mixing the saltiness and the umami. The second best is of course the egg since i am loving eating egg.
And this is my wife dish. I think my wife ramen condiment is much better than mine. And the taste is more milky. I dont know what makes the broth like that. Maybe they added milk for this broth. And the vegetables is greenier than mine. Hmm... this time my wife more lucky for the dish pick.
And the last ramen is the spicy one. I dont ordered it, it turns out that my wife that ordered. I dont know since when my wife love spicy food. After giving birth her spicy resistance is super high. Meanwhile me, i cannot eating spice at all, it will affect to my throat or even worse it can hurt my stomach. And it will activate my Gastro disease. But, i try this spicy rame for only one bite. Yeah it is too spicy. Even i cannot taste anything just spicy. So, for me it tasteless for this spicy ramen.
And for the drink my wife ordered Ocha Tea that can be refilled.
So overall, this ramen is delicate and delicious, but compared with the price that cost us almost 25$ for those 3 dish are kinda too expensive. So, i think it is better eating out in Ramen Ya than Gokana. But, yeah that is just each person's taste. But, for me i will pick other than this ramen in the next eating out. But, i still recommended this Ramen if this franchise open in your country.
