I arrived home in Phuket in the early evening—right during rush hour, when the traffic was at its worst. As soon as I stepped inside, my husband and son were already waiting for me, their faces lighting up with joy. It was a heartwarming reunion, and I couldn’t have been happier to be back home.

The next morning, my husband suggested we go out for breakfast at Barbowl, a Japanese restaurant we had discovered a few months ago. We had instantly fallen in love with the place—the food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the cozy decor made it even more inviting. It was the perfect spot for a welcome-back meal! 🍛✨

Seeing all these figurines brought back childhood memories, making my visit even more special. It’s not just a place to eat—it’s a place where anime lovers and collectors can truly appreciate the art of figurines while enjoying a delicious meal. 🍜✨

To place an order, customers have to do so at the counter, where a wide variety of delicious options are available. After ordering, I took the opportunity to snap a few more photos of the restaurant’s unique atmosphere.

One of the things that made this place even more special was the manga corner, filled with a wide selection of comic books. As I browsed through the shelves, I was delighted to find one of my all-time favorites—Doraemon!**

I’ve been reading Doraemon since I was a kid, and I always dreamed of having some of his magical gadgets in real life. Seeing the familiar covers brought back so many childhood memories, making me feel a bit nostalgic in the best way possible. 📚💙✨

It didn’t take long before the staff brought out my drink—a Japanese roasted rice tea (Genmaicha). I had ordered this on my first visit and instantly fell in love with its warm, toasty aroma.

The subtle scent of roasted rice blended beautifully with the tea, creating a comforting and earthy flavor. It was the perfect choice to complement the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. 🍵✨

Next came the French fries and crispy battered fish sticks—both freshly fried to golden perfection. The fries were perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, while the fish sticks had a light, crispy coating that paired beautifully with the dipping sauce.

Simple yet absolutely delicious, these snacks were the perfect appetizer before the main course arrived! 🍟🐟✨

Next up was the smoked duck steak, and just like the previous dishes, it was absolutely delicious! The meat was tender and juicy, with a rich smoky aroma that made every bite even more satisfying.

Perfectly cooked and full of flavor, this dish quickly became one of my favorites of the meal! 🦆🔥✨

Next was the smoked duck spaghetti, a dish I couldn’t resist ordering again! The first time I tried it here, I absolutely loved it, and this time was no different.

The rich, smoky duck paired perfectly with the al dente pasta, creating a well-balanced combination of flavors. It was just as delicious as I remembered—definitely a must-try for anyone visiting this restaurant! 🍝🦆✨

After finishing our meal, I left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied and happy—both from the delicious food and from the wonderful time spent with my family. I already know that this won’t be my last visit here!
