It consists of 3 eggs, 1 cucumber, I tomato, lettuce, spoonful of red beans, 2 spoonful of corn, chips and doritos to taste . No need using salt, the chips are salty to balance the taste.

Wash first all the vegetables before slicing. Mix all and done. So easy but full of health benefits.
