Hola a todos, la carne de cerdo es una de mis proteínas favoritas; aquí les comparto unas fotografías de mi almuerzo favorito. En nuestra dieta semanal comemos cerdo; suelo prepararlo de diversas formas; la ventaja es que la preparación del cerdo es versátil; en esta ocasión prepare ensalada de tomate, cebolla, cilantro; el tomate y la cebolla me gusta picarlo lo mas fino posible y el cilantro bien pequeño, con aderezo de aceite, vinagre, sal; aunque cuando me serví mi plato le eche mayonesa a mi ensalada; uummm sabroso!.
Las tajadas no podían faltar, freí un plátano picado en tajadas y el protagonista de este post dos gigantesca chuletas de cerdo, las hicimos a la parrilla; aderezado con sal y oregano. Digo hicimos porque a veces cocinamos juntos mi amado y yo. Este almuerzo nos quedo exquisito. Entonces hivers ya saben que amo comer cerdo y aprovecho la oportunidad de saludar a mi colega hivers @casmar551 que también ama preparar y comer cerdo. GRACIAS POR LEER.
