¡Hola amigos, feliz día! Espero que estén bien y que hayan tenido un lindo fin de semana. Por mi parte, me encuentro bastante bien gracias a Dios. Les cuento que hace unos días tuvimos la oportunidad de pasear por la segunda playa de Puerto Mocho ubicada en "Bocas de Ceniza". Y es que en este lugar se encuentras dos playas, solo que para poder visitar la primera debes tomar un tren que te ingresa como tal al lugar, pero como nosotros íbamos en carro decidimos seguir el camino en este.
Nuestra idea principal era almorzar en una de las casetas que hay en esta playa y por supuesto, disfrutar de un ambiente diferente aprovechando que mi suegra está de visita. Algo increíble que tiene puerto mocho es que al final del lugar se encuentra "bocas de ceniza" lugar donde el mar Caribe y el río Magdalena se encuentran, sin embargo, no se unen. Pero bueno, ya les contaré más de este increíble suceso en otro post, por ahora les contaré que tal fue nuestra experiencia almorzando en "Kz la preferida".
La caseta donde decidimos almorzar era la última del lugar y aunque estaba llena habían mesas disponibles, es un lugar de dos pisos, bastante amplio y abierto por lo que puedes disfrutar sin problema de la brisa y de la vista del mar. El menú, es bastante variado, tienen diferentes opciones de pescado y por supuesto, preparaciones, hay desde fritos hasta gratinado, sudado, en salsas, entre otras opciones.
Nosotros decidimos pedir unas cervezas para refrescarnos y como plato fuerte cada uno pidió un tipo de pescado y preparación diferente, mi suegra se decidió por un bocachico frito, Fer optó por una corvina en salsa de camarón y yo por otra parte, opté por una sierra en Posta en zumo de coco que debo decir estaba increíble, tenía una combinación entre salado con un toque dulce lo cual me atrapó, no pensé que sería tan grande, la verdad me sorprendió, sin embargo, estaba súper rico y traía bastante carne por lo que al final Fer me tuvo que ayudar jaja.
Cada plato venía acompañado de arroz de coco, ensalada y patacones de guineo verde que aunque no son mis favoritos, la verdad es que no estaban mal, algunos hasta estaban crocantes por lo que decidí darles una oportunidad. Algo que me gustó del lugar es que la atención es bastante rápida y amable, por lo que en unos 25 minutos ya estábamos disfrutando de nuestra comida.
Al final, fue una grata experiencia, la brisa en este lugar es increíble por lo que el calor no se hizo presente mientras almorzábamos, la atención fue bastante amable y la comida deliciosa, tuvimos la oportunidad de admirar el mar y del otro lado el río cosa que nos encantó, también, disfrutamos de un coco frío y por supuesto, tomamos algunas fotos para el recuerdo. Así que si tienen la oportunidad de visitar bocas de ceniza o quieren conocer la segunda playa de Puerto mocho este restaurante es una muy buena opción para almorzar. I tell you that a few days ago we had the opportunity to walk along the second beach of Puerto Mocho located in Bocas de Ceniza. And is that in this place you find two beaches, only to visit the first you must take a train that takes you as such to the place, but as we were going by car we decided to follow the road in this one.
Our main idea was to have lunch at one of the beach huts on this beach and of course, enjoy a different atmosphere, taking advantage of the fact that my mother-in-law is visiting. Something incredible that Puerto Mocho has is that at the end of the place is "bocas de ceniza", a place where the Caribbean Sea and the Magdalena River meet, however, they do not join. But well, I will tell you more about this incredible event in another post, for now I will tell you how was our experience having lunch at "Kz la preferida".
The booth where we decided to have lunch was the last one in the place and although it was full there were tables available, it is a two-story place, quite large and open so you can enjoy the breeze and the view of the sea without any problem. The menu is quite varied, they have different fish options and of course, preparations, there are from fried to gratin, sweat, in sauces, among other options.
We decided to order a few beers to refresh ourselves and as a main course we each ordered a different type of fish and preparation, my mother-in-law decided for a fried bocachico, Fer opted for a sea bass in shrimp sauce and I on the other hand, opted for a sierra en Posta in coconut juice that I must say was amazing, it had a combination of salty with a sweet touch which caught me, I did not think it would be so big, the truth surprised me, however, it was super rich and brought enough meat so in the end Fer had to help me haha.
Each dish was accompanied by coconut rice, salad and green guineo patacones, which although they are not my favorite, the truth is that they were not bad, some were even crunchy so I decided to give them a try. Something I liked about the place is that the service is quite fast and friendly, so in about 25 minutes we were already enjoying our meal.
In the end, it was a pleasant experience, the breeze in this place is incredible so the heat was not present while we had lunch, the attention was quite friendly and the food was delicious, we had the opportunity to admire the sea and on the other side the river which we loved, also, we enjoyed a cold coconut and of course, we took some pictures for the memory. So if you have the opportunity to visit bocas de ceniza or want to know the second beach of Puerto mocho this restaurant is a very good option for lunch.
