Por mi parte, me encuentro bastante bien gracias a Dios, les cuento que mi fin de semana fue bastante tranquilo, sin embargo, está semana inició de una manera increíble y es que a demás de que hubo algunos pedidos en el emprendimiento que realmente me emocionó ya que se trataba de decorar tortas y es algo que me encanta; Fer me recibió en casa con una pequeña sorpresa.
Y es que algo que le agradecí de más hoy es que pensó en la cena, por lo que escribió en "Mr. Chow" un restaurante de sushi que me gusta mucho y pidió la promoción de 3x2 en rolls para degustar, y es que aunque él no sabe muy bien cómo ordenar cuando se trata de sushi, está vez se decidió por las opciones de dinamita white, ebi roll y crazy crunch, siendo uno de estos tipo tempura.
Por lo general siempre demoran unos 45-50 minutos con el domicilio por lo que justo al llegar a casa estaba llegando la comida así que pudimos disfrutarla fresca. Les cuento que mi favorito fue el de dinamita white ya que contenía pescado blanco crocante, aguacate y topping de pasta de palmito en salsa mayo spicy y junto con la salsa de soya sabía increíble. Por otro lado, estaba el tipo tempura que aunque me gusta la textura crocante este tenía pedacitos de plátano maduro y la verdad no me gustó mucho el sabor que le aportaba, pero bueno, es cuestión de gustos.
Mi segunda opción favorita fue el ebi roll ya que tenía queso Philadelphia, langostinos tempurizados y estaba recubierto de osaki con un toque de mayo spicy y además de su linda presentación el sabor era delicioso. Al final, se canceló un total de $72.000 pesos colombianos ($17.07 dólares) incluyendo el domicilio lo cual me pareció un excelente precio teniendo en cuenta que fueron 30 rolls. Por cierto, algo en que nos fijamos es que cambiaron el tamaño de cada bocado por lo que se dificulta un poco al comer, sin embargo, el sabor es igual de rico que siempre y al ser una sorpresa, pues lo disfruté aún más jajaja ❤️
