It was a crisp day, and as we settled onto the terrace, the excitement of what was about to unfold filled the air. Today was not just about enjoying good food and great company—it was about demonstrating the power of #HBD in the real world.
A Yurt from Kyrgyzstan in the Hague
Cafe Restaurant PAN is not your ordinary café. Nestled within its premises is something truly extraordinary—a traditional Kyrgyz yurt. This beautiful space, capable of hosting up to 25 people, adds an exotic and cozy element to the dining experience. Whether for casual meetups, cultural gatherings, or even rituals, the yurt provides a unique setting unlike any other. Naturally, it immediately struck us as the perfect venue for the next #HiveMeetup in the Hague.
The Feast Begins: Coffee, Soup, and More
As we browsed the menu, our eyes lit up. The first order of business? A fresh cup of coffee. Within seconds, our drinks arrived, setting the stage for an afternoon of indulgence. Next, we moved on to something close to our hearts—soup. Being Cold Beetroot Soup, it only felt right to sample the Coco’s Curry soup. The aroma was divine, promising an explosion of flavors.
For the final dish, something truly intriguing caught our attention: Melted Mushrooms. This delicacy consisted of feta cheese, mushrooms, and arugula on freshly baked bread. A perfect combination of rich, earthy flavors and creamy textures—irresistible.
