Chicken kalderita

Hello Crafthy's another day another story to be shared and today I will share you how I made our dinner extra special.

This week I've been so Inlove in cooking but nothing compares how I love my crochet creations, they say things you love won't replace anything .

This past few weeks my days is bumpy, but I tried every day to manage everything and sometimes food is my remedy of stress ,so that means i have to think some of my favorate dishes way back the time i am a working student one of job is to cooked food for my boss or madam .This is one of my favoarte dish to prapare for them my own version of kalderitang manok .It is more tasty if we will use native chicken,compared to dosmestic chickenin that we usually bought in wet market but I sudgest that it is more better if we use native chicken.

Lets start our cooking serye ....to start lets prepared all the needed ingredients I only used those ingredinets available at home or availabe to my near stores .Here are the ingredients i used (1/2 kg chop chicken parts,tomatoe paste,hunts pork & beans,tomatoes,garlic and onion ) .

When all the ingredients are good ,but i think there is one thing is missing i dont have any cooking oil so i rushed to the store to buy 10 peso cooking oil so that i can start cooking.

Get the big pan ,wait for it to heat and put the marinated checkin ,wait until the water absorbed it is a technique to make sure that the meat absord all the seasonings wait for it to turn slightly golden brown.

Remove the meat to the pan and replace it with inions and garlics together with slice tomatoes cooked the garlic and onion properly beacuse it also adds the aroma if you properly fry the garlic and onion .If you think that it is all good you can now put back the meat and mixed them all .

After mixing them add the tomatoe paste and mixed ,mixed ,mixed them properly until the color of the paste absorb to entire cuts of the meat .Wait for 3 minutes then you can add water 4 cups of water cover it and let it shimmer for 10 minutes it depends on you how long would you shimmer it as long as the meat is being cooked properly.

Until how many hours of waiting the meat is fully soft and your teeth can actually bite it with tenderness and aromatic soft . The soup texture is sticky you can add the pork and beans then wait for another mminute and after that our chicken kalderita is ready to serve.

chicken kaldera is good for finger foods and also it is very consuming to rice so that mean if you eat this dish iam pretty you will add a lot opf extra rice for these.

I call ate amber to try my recipe if it is good or not ,so i prepared her a bunch of rice on a plate and put more souce on top of it and I let her taste it ,

Well I can tell with her face that my work is successful,see that hidden smile that a smile of hungry so even if the food is not her type she's still eat it because ate amber is hungry. I am just kidding here ,will probably I cooked this with a heart and it makes me since if I do my job with patience and love .

This is one of the skill that I wanted to learn also aside from crocheting . I developed my strong interest in cooking the time that my mom leave me alone at home so I need to cooked all by myself .Since then I realized that sometimes it's nice to discover new things now it makes more sinse to me why i don't have any talent during my younger years it's because you have to fine it ,that is applicable for those who born with out any talent but it is inborn then you don't have any problem with that.

Well,well ,well sometimes weve got to overwhelmed how things turns out into hubby and its gonna be amazing to explore then.
