Hola amigos feliz tarde a todos espero que estén super bien , el día sábado estaba trabajando y la verdad es que los sábados no suelo llevar almuerzo al trabajo pues es que es el final de la semana y me encuentro tan agotada que no me dan ganas de preparar nada , lo cierto es que yo había estado muy enferma y no puedo dejar pasar las comidas así que decidí subir almorzar algo en la feria del centro comercial donde trabajo ( ecocenter) quería una comida que fuera casera nada de comida rápida pues como les dije estuve bastante enferma y recién me estoy recuperando , está este lugar llamado el cafetero que es de comida típica colombiana Pero ellos ofrecen almuerzos ejecutivos por 7$ , la verdad es que ya antes he almorzado en este lugar porque tiene comida casera y no comida rápida que es lo que solemos encontrar en los centros comerciales.
Hello friends, happy afternoon to everyone, I hope you are super well, on Saturday I was working and the truth is that on Saturdays I do not usually bring lunch to work because it is the end of the week and I feel so exhausted that I do not feel like preparing anything, the truth is that I had been very sick and I can not pass up meals so I decided to go up to have something to eat at the fair of the shopping center where I work (ecocenter) I wanted a meal that was homemade, not fast food because as I told you, I was quite sick and I am just recovering, there is this place called el cafetero that is typical Colombian food but they offer executive lunches for $ 7, the truth is that I have had lunch before in this place because it has homemade food and not fast food which is what we usually find in shopping centers.
Todos los días tienen diferentes cosas en el menú ejecutivo y también ofrecen sancocho, yo quería pedirme un sancocho ya he comido antes y son super buenos pero subí a eso de las 3:30 pm y ya no había más 🥲 entonces pregunté si aún le quedaba menú de almuerzo ejecutivo y me dijeron que si , tenían tender de pollo , costilla de res guisada y de contorno arroz blanco, ensalada rayada, ensalada mixtas, frijoles , plátanos y tostones , yo tuve que pedir los tender de pollo pues en estos momentos no puedo consumir mucha carne de res , esto venía acompañado por una sopita de lentejas y un refresco ( yo no me tomé el refresco ya que no puedo consumirlo )

Llegó de primera la sopita de lentejas que de verdad estaba espectacular con ese sabor a hogar reconfortante que me había mucha falta , tenía un toque picante muy sutil Pero la sazón súper rica y casera que es lo que me encanta de este lugar , lo único es que siempre me suelen poner una bandeja con picante y salsa de aguacate y está vez no me pareció algo raro .
The lentil soup arrived first and was truly spectacular with that comforting homey flavor that I was really missing. It had a very subtle spicy touch, but the seasoning was super rich and homemade, which is what I love about this place. The only thing is that they always bring me a tray with spicy food and avocado sauce, and this time it didn't seem strange to me.
Ya luego me llegó la bebida que como les conté no la consumí por temas de salud , yo pedí los tender de pollo y arroz blanco con ensalada mixta que tenía , lechuga , tomate , zanahoria rayada, remolacha rayada y aguacate , pepino y cilantro, muy fresca tenía un toque de sal aceite de oliva y vinagre, de verdad comer en este lugar es como almorzar en casa de la abuela , tienen un sazón súper rico y casero y la porción es suficiente para sentirnos satisfechos , además las personas que atienden son muy amables y eso lo hace un 10/10 .
