Hello, friends especially foodies!

Recently in the morning after the shopping center had just opened, i was starving cause i only had had milk that morning so we then went to a coffee shop that was located in a corner of 'Central' department store, East mall Grand Indonesia Shopping Center.

The name of the coffee shop is Kopi Kenangan (Memory Coffee) and they also sold bread and patries too, so they also had bakery there (Kenangan Boulangerie). And we were the first customer that day.

---

On the left, you could see some banners that showed their promotions, like their new products "FRAPPE"; double cashback for members and even the "SWEET BUNDLE" they offered.

In their glass showing case, they had pain au chocolat, smoked beef & emmental croissant, lobster tall pistachio chocolate, almond croissant prallinette, creamy brioche au craquelin, matcha brioche au craquelin, ube brioche au craquelin, vanilla bombolone, coffee bombolone, cream cheese bombolone, butter croissant, choco chip cookies, friend chip, and join the dark side.

On a small pamflet next to the cashier they showed the promotion of their Kenangan Frappe series. The promotion was if you buy one of their frappe, then second purchase is spanish latte then you'll get black aren milk coffee or americano.

At the top back there were some monitors showing their menus and promotions.

Now take a closer look to their beverages menu.

For coffee, they had ex lover coffee, americano, avocado coffee, butterscotch aren latte, butterscotch sea salt latte, cappuccino, caramel macchiato, creamy aren latte, double shot ice shaken, milk coffee black aren, latte, match espresso, mocha latte, orange americano, spanish latte, and vanilla/hazelnut/caramel latte.

For milk tea, they had earl grey milk tea, hazelnut choco milk tea, memory milk tea and thai tea.

For memory frappe, they had ex lover coffee frappe, memory dutch choco frappe and memory vanilla frappe.

For oatside series, they had oatside ex lover coffee, oatside latte and oatside matcha latte.

For tea blend, they had earl grey tea, fresh lemonade, lemon black tea and raspberry hibiscus.

Last, for chocolate and sweets, they had avocado milk, avocado caramel, caramel dutch choco, dutch chocolate, hazelnut dutch choco, matcha latte, milo dinosaur, and oreo shake.

While waiting for our order, i took a look around and take some photos. They had a quite large dining area with some soft long chairs. It was a cozy and comfy place to have coffee and also have some chit chat.

Back to our order, the cashier as also barista, prepared our order behind and we needed to wait at the pick up corner. After our order finished, we took it to our table.

Ta da, here was what i had for my breakfast that day.

Could you guess what they were?
Yes..

The beverage was frappe, it was actually their ex lover coffee frappe. And for the companion, i tried pain au chocolate that they had.

Now let me tell you how their taste and flavour. First from the frappe.

EX LOVER COFFEE FRAPPE

Their frappe had a perfect mixture of coffee, creamer, and also milk. The coffee was not too thick nor too thin, it was in the perfect measure. The taste of it was also not too sweet nor too bitter. And i like the fact that it really didn't sour at all. Plus it served with whipped cream and caramel sauce on top that made it even tastier. I recommend you this frappe, cause it was the best i've ever had.

And next, let me tell you about their pain au chocolate.

PAIN AU CHOCOLATE

Too crunchy here was when i cut it. It didn't flaky as pain au chocolate usually, but the texture was quirte soft and felt like bread. I could still enjoy the chocolate filling because it was tasty, quite sweet and bitter too.

Well, overall i love their frappe and i can't wait for my next visit there!
