Today I would like to tell you a recipe which is made from stale paratha,Paratha roti is the common bread of Indians which we like to eat in the everyday meal , Sometimes our paratha roti becomes extra or leftover,I don't like wasting food at all so I give it to someone else. Otherwise, I make such a delicious breakfast in the morning. Today I am going to share the recipe with you that is made from Leftover Paratha, it is really very tasty, everyone likes it from children to elders.

Ingredients 📃
• 4-5 Leftover Chatpati(indian Bread)
• 200 Grams of grated Paneer(Cottage Cheese).
• 2 tbsp of oil.
• 1 finely Chopped Onion.
• 5-6 cloves of Garlic.
• 1 inch of Ginger.
• 1 Finely Chopped Tomato.
• 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
• Pinch of Asafoetida.
• 1 tbsp of turmeric powder.
• 1 tbsp of Red Chilli powder.
• 3 tbsp of oregano.
• 4 tbsp of Mayonnaise.
• Salt to taste
process 📃
Take a kadai, heat the oil, add the cumin seeds & asafoetida, wait till it starts crackling, now add the chopped onion, saute it at low flame till it get golden brown in colour.
Once your onion changes its colour, now add the chopped tomato, one by one add all the spices mention above. Cooked at low flame untill your tomato get soft.
Now add the grated cottage cheese(paneer)
Mix it well, so that your masala well coated with the paneer. your stuffing is ready to make Roll.
Now take the leftover roti/chatpati, take 1 tbsp of Mayonnaise.
Spread the mayonnaise allover the chatpati.
now fill the stuffing in sufficient quantity, don't do over stuffing otherwise it will flowout while eating.
Add the oregano on the top to give it extra flavour and seasonings.
Your paneer bhurji roll with leftover chatpati is ready to eat, you can pair it up with Tomato sauce or Green chutney.
