A popular and healthy complete meal recipe prepared with soaked Sabudana or tapioca pearls, Usually this recipe is made during our fasting days, but I like it very much, so I make it any time. Everyone has their own way of making it. My method has always been very simple so that we can get the original flavor and taste of the food. It is healthy as well as tasty too as it's a high-carbohydates, easily digestible food that provides a quick energy boost your body, even it is prepared with little Oil, which is another advantage of having Sabudana khichdi in your meal.

Ingredients 📃
• 2 cups of soaked Sago.
• 4-5 boiled potatoes.
• 4-5 tbsp of oil.
• 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
• 1 tbsp of Dried mango powder.
• 2-3 Green Chilli.
• 5-6 Green curry leaves.
• Salt to taste.
Process 🧑🍳
Take a kadai, Heat the oil, add Cumin seeds at low Flame then Gree n chilli.
Now add the other spices and Green curry leaves one by one at low flame.
Now add the boiled potatoes, mix it well, so that spices coated with Potatoes well.
fy until the potato turn slightly golden brown.
now add the soaked sabudana, mix it gently at low flame.
make sure to mix by scarping the pan, as sabudana is too sticky and also add the dry mango powder.
cook until the sago pearls turn translucent.
Serve the Hot Sabudana khichdi with green Chutney or Curd.
