







Hello dear friends!
The happiest holiday, Easter, is approaching, so I was diligent and made gingerbread cookies. The ingredients for these cookies are very simple: eggs, honey, flour, cinnamon, ginger, cloves. The dough rests for 2 hours in the refrigerator and then I make cookies with the breadcrumbs. They are baked and then a glaze is made from egg whites and sugar to which I add edible colors and then the imagination starts to work. Here, both beautiful and tasty, my gingerbread!
