Me encanta tener citas conmigo misma, creo que ya lo he dejado claro por acá jajaja y cuando me provoca comer algo simplemente lo hago. En estos días tuve el maravilloso privilegio de presentar una ponencia en la Universidad Centro occidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA) en el marco del aniversario número 18 del programa de Psicología; la misma trataba de la Investigación Cualitativa en Psicología.
I love to have appointments with myself, I think I have already made it clear here hahaha and when it provokes me to eat something I just do it. These days I had the wonderful privilege of presenting a paper at the Universidad Centro Occidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA) in the framework of the 18th anniversary of the Psychology program; it was about Qualitative Research in Psychology.

Resulta que días antes estuve un poco estresada con la presentación porque había tenido muchos inconvenientes con el sistema eléctrico y me estaba causando retraso en la realización de las diapositivas, Pero lo importante es que lo logre y mi ponencia quedó súper bien, así que para auto celebrarlo me fui a degustar una rica pasta china en un restaurante llamado “La Arrozeria”.
It turns out that days before I was a little stressed with the presentation because I had had many problems with the electrical system and it was causing me delay in the completion of the slides, but the important thing is that I made it and my presentation was super well, so to celebrate I went to taste a delicious Chinese pasta in a restaurant called “La Arrozeria”.
La Arrozeria, es un restaurante de comida china con una característica muy importante que es ser muy accesible; la verdad es un sitio donde se puede comer bien con poco dinero. Posee varias sucursales, de hecho están en Barquisimeto, Cabudare y Acarigua, Pero las tres sedes de Barquisimeto son una en la calle 33 entre carreras 34 y 35, la segunda se encuentra en la avenida Venezuela entre calles 24 y 26, y la tercera sede está en el Centro Comercial Sambil.
Cabe resaltar, que he tenido la oportunidad de comer en la sede que se encuentra en la avenida Venezuela y en la que está en el Sambil, aunque las dos son buenas a mí me gusta más la sede del Sambil, siento que la comida es mucho mejor. Ahora bien, es importante acotar que ellos poseen una variedad de comida china que va desde el arroz tradicional hasta el exquisito pachenchoy, así como pollo, costillas de cerdo, entre otros.
La Arrozeria, is a Chinese food restaurant with a very important feature which is to be very accessible; the truth is a place where you can eat well with little money. It has several branches, in fact they are in Barquisimeto, Cabudare and Acarigua, but the three branches in Barquisimeto are one on 33rd Street between 34th and 35th races, the second is located on Venezuela Avenue between 24th and 26th Streets, and the third branch is in the Sambil Shopping Center.

En esta ocasión yo estaba un poco antojada de Espagueti, así que pedí un plato que tenía Espagueti chino y una pieza de pollo a la broaster, acompañado de salsa agridulce y también me pedí un refresco. Este plato tiene un costo de 3$ y la verdad me parece super económico porque es bastante cantidad de comida, la verdad es que quedé muy conforme con la pasta, me gustó muchísimo.
Su consistencia era la adecuada, tenía suficientes aliños y lo que más me gustó es que el pollo tenía un sabor particular Pero divino, se notaba que lo habían puesto a macerar con anterioridad y eso hace que los sabores se perciban mucho mejor. Además pude observar productos de buena calidad, aliños frescos y bien cocidos, me encanta el sabor del pimentón rojo en la comida y bueno el pollo muy crujiente y con buen sabor, aunque no es mi favorito Pero en realidad yo iba era por el Espagueti y de verdad no me equivoqué al pedirla.
This time I was a little craving for Spaghetti, so I ordered a dish that had Chinese Spaghetti and a piece of chicken broaster, accompanied by sweet and sour sauce and I also ordered a soda. This dish has a cost of 3$ and the truth is that it seems super economical because it is quite a lot of food, the truth is that I was very happy with the Spaghetti, I liked it very much.
Its consistency was adequate, it had enough seasoning and what I liked the most is that the chicken had a particular but divine flavor, you could tell that they had put it to macerate before and that makes the flavors are perceived much better. In addition I could see good quality products, fresh and well cooked dressings, I love the taste of red pepper in the food and the chicken was very crispy and with good flavor, although it is not my favorite. But actually I was going for the pasta and I was really not wrong to order it.
De verdad que es una buena opción para comer con poco presupuesto, Pero a pesar de ser económico no es de mala calidad, por el contrario es mucho mejor que algunos restaurantes costosos a los que he ido. Así que si estás por el centro de Barquisimeto en algunas diligencias o en el Sambil puedes resolver tu almuerzo con una deliciosa pasta china. Ahora, no es un sitio para compartir, es para comer e irse de una vez porque estéticamente no es bonito.
It really is a good option to eat on a budget, but despite being inexpensive it is not of poor quality, on the contrary it is much better than some expensive restaurants I've been to. So if you are in the center of Barquisimeto in some errands or in the Sambil you can solve your lunch with a delicious Chinese pasta. Now, it is not a place to share, it is to eat and leave at once because aesthetically it is not pretty.
