Les cuento: resulta que estamos ayudando a un perro comunitario a vencer una enfermedad llamada TVT(Tumor Venéreo Transmisible) al principio se nos ocurrió la idea de pedir apoyo y lo recibimos, pero no podíamos costear todos los gastos que se necesitaban para el tratamiento es por esto que se nos ocurrió la brillante idea de realizar dulces para venderlos y recoger fondos.
Es asi como comenzamos con esta labor tan bonita y dulce.

This is how we started with this beautiful and sweet work.
Ingredientes
- 1kg de harina de trigo leudante
- 1 papelón entero
- 3 cucharadas de vainilla
- 3 cocos secos
- 1 papeleta de soda
- ½ cucharada de sal
Ingredients
- 1kg of buckwheat flour
- 1 whole papelon
- 3 tablespoons vanilla
- 3 dried coconuts
- 1 soda ballot
- ½ tablespoon salt
Preparación:
Comenzamos haciendo el melado de papelón poniendo a hervir un papelón con un baso de agua, clavo especie y una cucharada de canela, este se debe mezclar hasta que todo el papelón se haya desintegrado por completo, llevándolo a un punto medio de espesor. es recomendable hacerlo 1 o dos horas antes, para que esté frio a la hora de añadirlo a la mezcla.
Luego procedemos a rayar los tres cocos en un bold de tu preferencia, se ralla por la parte gruesa de nuestro rallo y una vez rallado le agregamos el papelon ya reposado.
Preparación:
