Sounds super intriguing. How do you actually make ghost pepper soju? Love spice/ love wine.

        It's infused liquor, I just put homegrown ghost peppers into 30% soju close the lid and wait a few months. Vodka would probably do the trick too. I would stick to 25~40%ABV.
