Holla friends! Beautiful Sunday to you all. It is quite Sunny in my region, how's the weather in your own region?
Salad is one meal that is versatile, some eat it as a main or side dish. This particular Avocado salad is unique and taste really great because of the combination of vegetables, nuts and fruit used.
It's also packed with fiber! I have to confess that I had to force myself to finish it up...
I used the following fruits, vegetables and nuts in preparing my salad.
INGREDIENTS
1 avocado
2 bananas
1 cucumber
2 carrots
20 grapefruit
1 tablespoon groundnut
4 Lettuce leaf
3 cabbage peels
PREPARATION PROCESS
STEP 1
Wash vegetables and fruits, scrape carrots and remove cucumber seeds. Cut them and set aside.
STEP 2
Remove banana peels, cut open the avocado and remove seed. Cut them into desired sizes and shred lettuce leaf on it.
STEP 3
Slice and add cabbage to it then measure a tablespoon of groundnut and spread on it.
Our delicious creamy avocado salad is ready to be enjoyed ❤❤😋😋
