I'm happy to share this Italian pasta recipe with you all. I love exploring food and I love cooking!
This meal is vegetable packed as I made use of a good amount of varieties of vegetables that I could lay hands on and it turned out really delicious.
It's actually my first time handling Italian pasta and the end result was great.
The following ingredients are used in preparing my Italian pasta dish.
INGREDIENTS
500g Italian Pasta
3 hot peppers
4 large tomatoes
1 large onion
1 teaspoon salt
2 cooking spoons vegetable oil
200g chopped carrots
100g green peas
1 teaspoon masala spice
1 teaspoon black pepper
Cabbage (dressing)
Lettuce (dressing)
Water
COOKING PROCESS
STEP 1
Put 2 cups of water in a pot and bring to a boil, add Italian pasta and cook for 5 mins, drain and set aside.
STEP 2
Prepare vegetables by wash and dicing tomatoes, onions and peppers.
STEP 3
In a clean and wide pan add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add onions and fry for few minutes. Add diced tomatoes and onions and allow to fry for 5 minutes before adding carrots. Add salt, curry and tyme and fry for 5 more minutes. This way the vegetables will still be crunchy.
STEP 4
Add precooked pasta into the tomato mix and stir, add little water and adjust spices for taste.
STEP 5
Add green peas and black pepper, stir again and our delicious Italian pasta is ready to be served.
