Holla friends! Starting your morning with a nutritious and healthy meal would keep you fit for the whole day. Today looks like a beautiful day with lots of good deals and I wanted to start my day vigorously, so I thought of making a simple meal of vegetables and fruits.
Vegetables and fruits are packed with vitamins that are important and needed for our daily activities.
It took me about 10 to 15 minutes to prepare before serving.
Follow the directions to get how I prepared this meal.
I used the following fruits and vegetables;
INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cabbage
1 cucumber
2 carrots
1 red apple
1 green apple
2 dates
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Wash cabbage and dice to desired sizes. I shredded mine and added to my meal. Scrape the carrots and cut them.
STEP 2
Wash and slice the cucumber and both green and red apples and set it aside.
STEP 3
Crack open pre-soaked dates to remove seeds and use as a sweet topping for your vegetable meal.
Our healthy vegetable and fruit breakfast is ready to be enjoyed. I ate mine at work and I felt good after eating my home made vegetable and fruit salad meal.
