Today I bring to you another one of my recipe. This time it is a very sweet dish from potatoes. I love potatoes and I decided to try a porridge with it, I coupled it with cabbage, fresh tomatoes and onions to help reduce the sweetness.
This dish doesn't require lots of ingredients, just a few would give you a good end result just like my meal and it takes short time to prepare with a maximum time of 30 to 40 minutes.
Now let's cook it together following my steps.
I used this few ingredients
INGREDIENTS
20 tubers of potatoes
1 onions
1/4 cabbage
3 large tomatoes
3 hot peppers
1 tablespoon salt
2 cooking spoons palm oil
1 teaspoon soy oil
1 tablespoons chili sauce
PREPARATION PROCESS
STEP 1
Peel potatoes and cut them into chunks, put inside a bowl of water immediately after peeling to avoid it turning black due to oxidation.
STEP 2
Prepare onions, peppers and tomatoes. Wash and put them in the hand grinder to give a rough texture.
STEP 3
Wash and slice the cabbage and set it aside. It will be added last to the meal.
STEP 4
Placed washed and diced potatoes into a pot, add salt and two cups of water. Set it on fire, add roughly grinded tomatoes mix, add palm oil, chili sauce and soy sauce. Cook this together for 15 minutes and adjust taste.
Our delicious potato soup is ready. It tasted so good that hubby asked me to repeat same recipe.
