สวัสดีคร้าบบบบ แฟนๆ นักชิมทั่วหล้า! "สากล" คนดีคนเดิม กลับมารายงานสดความอร่อยจากร้านประจำเจ้าเก่า ที่รู้ใจกันยิ่งกว่าหมอดู! วันนี้บอกเลยว่าต่อมรับรสทำงานหนักมาก เพราะผมจัดสองเมนูสุดปังที่แค่เห็นชื่อก็แทบจะคลั่ง!
จานแรกที่ต้องคารวะงามๆ คือ "ต้มยำรวมมิตรน้ำข้น" ชามนี้! คุณพระคุณเจ้า! แค่วางปุ๊บ กลิ่นหอมของสมุนไพรทั้งข่า ตะไคร้ ใบมะกรูด มันก็พุ่งปะทะจมูกแบบเต็มๆ! น้ำซุปสีส้มข้นคลั่ก นวลเนียน ชวนฝันสุดๆ ซดคำแรกเข้าไป... บร๊ะ! รสชาติเปรี้ยว เค็ม เผ็ด มัน หวานนิดๆ กลมกล่อมลงตัวแบบไม่มีใครยอมใคร! ความ "น้ำข้น" นี่แหละคือทีเด็ด มันเพิ่มความนัว ความเข้มข้นให้ทุกอณู เครื่องทะเลก็สดเด้งดึ๋ง ทั้งกุ้งตัวโต ปลาหมึกหนึบหนับ เนื้อปลาเน้นๆ จัดเต็มสมศักดิ์ศรี! ซดไปเหงื่อแตกไป แต่มันหยุดไม่ได้จริงๆ! ฟินนนนน!
แต่เดี๋ยวก่อน! ความพีคยังไม่หมดแค่นั้น! คู่หูดูโอ้ที่ขาดไม่ได้คือ "คะน้าหมูกรอบ" จานนี้! ฟังเสียงสิครับ! แค่ตะหลิวเคาะกระทะก็รู้แล้วว่าหมูกรอบร้านนี้งานดี! เสิร์ฟมาร้อนๆ หมูกรอบชิ้นพอดีคำ หนังกรอบฟู เนื้อนุ่มแทรกมันนิดๆ เคี้ยวทีดัง "กร๊วบ!" สะท้านไปถึงโต๊ะข้างๆ! ผัดมากับคะน้าสดๆ ก้านอวบๆ ใบเขียวๆ ที่ยังคงความกรอบ ไม่เหนียวไม่เละ คลุกเคล้าซอสรสชาติเค็มๆ หวานๆ หอมกลิ่นกระเทียมเจียวและพริกสดนิดๆ โอ้ยยย... ตักหมูกรอบพร้อมคะน้าราดข้าวสวยร้อนๆ นะ... สวรรค์ชัดๆ!
