Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Today in the morning it rained and was cool but in the afternoon it was sunny and hot. So my family and I did not go out. I simple lifestyle at home with my family. When we are at home, my wife likes to cook. And in this post so I have another simple dish she cooked. This dish is boiled egg fried in tamarind sauce. This is the first time my wife has not used ingredients from the home garden. Because it is a dish without vegetables, using only shallots.
Ingredients for boiled egg fried in tamarind sauce.

- shallots
- dried chili
- salt
- sugar
- oil
- water

How to cook boiled egg fried in tamarind sauce.
Chop the shallots, then put a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Add the chopped shallots in the pan. Fry until the shallots are crispy. And put it on a small plate.
Then put the pot on the stove. And boil the water until it boils. When the water boils, boil the eggs in a pot for about 7 - 8 minutes. When the eggs are cool, peel the eggs and put them on a plate.
Put the pan on the stove again. Add a little oil to the pan. Then add the dried chilies in the pan and fry them until crispy.
Then put the tamarind sauce in the pan and mix with a little water. Season with sugar and salt. Stir until sticky and put it in a bowl.
Then fry the boiled eggs with oil in the pan (Fry for about 5 - 6 minutes).
Cut the eggs in half and put on a plate. Then pour the seasoned tamarind sauce in the eggs. And add fried shallots and fried dried chili on the eggs.
