Greetings, friends and lovers of the #pizza !!!It is Wednesday, a magnificent day to share with all of you #Pizzas and Memories, although any day, any second, is the best to share a #pizza.
The #Pizza has always been part of my preferences.It would seem unusual to associate the act of eating them with my past, but this delight is always evocative to me.The @pizza was part of my childhood.
I was a girl with some inappropriate for food in general, however, to the charm of the #pizza and the pasta I could never resist.In my little town, in the 80s, there was a pizzeria where the best delicacies in the region were ate and it was one of my preferred sites then.The pleasure of eating them with my parents made me happy.But of all my memoirs, the most extraordinary is my culinary experience with her and the gratitude that I owe to this dish.And it is that I must have graduated from the University to #pizza.I tell you:
In 2003, my family's economic situation was not the best, my second year of career was just beginning and I didn't have much solvency to keep my stay in the Uni. Youth generates expenses and hunger after hours of conferences and workshops is inevitable.Thus we decided to set up a pizzeria at home.We learned the recipe, we began to sell and earn money and with that I could afford my trips to Havana from Mayabeque every weekend because I spent my previous vacation gathering the profit.
At that time there were several similar businesses in my town, that of us prospered and became popular.The reasons?I love to improvise and experiment in the kitchen and under that spirit I incorporated a slight variation in the #pizza recipe that made the difference, two simple ingredients meant success: I added homemade butter and put more sugar in the dough, without neglecting harmony with cheese and sauce as a whole that marked a distinctive and quality seal.
So it was that #pizza helped me survive in the capital for two years.Then the cheese suppliers had some mishaps and the business closed even though we tried to keep it until the end.Therefore, I owe gratitude to #pizza.
Today I have been recalling these experiences while I share with my mother a #pizza that we buy in one of the most fashionable kiosks.The sensation has been equally pleasant as in the days of my childhood and although it has no distinctive secret ingredients in the taste of the dough, the sauce of these pizzas is exquisite and transported me to my past.
They also came to my memory, with total nostalgia, the moments that I have shared pizzas on romantic walks for Santa Clara with my boyfriend @roswelborges. Another reason to thank.

Saludos, amigos y amantes de la #pizza!!! Es miércoles, un día magnífico para compartir con todos ustedes #pizzas y recuerdos, aunque cualquier día, cualquier segundo, es el mejor para compartir una #pizza.
La #pizza siempre ha sido parte de mis preferencias. Parecería insólito que asocie el acto de comerlas con mi pasado, pero esta delicia siempre me resulta evocadora. La @pizza fue parte de mi infancia.
Era una niña con algo de inapetencia por los alimentos en general, sin embargo, al encanto de la #pizza y la pasta nunca pude resistirme. En mi pequeño pueblo, en la década del 80, existía una pizzería donde se comían las mejores delicias de la región y era uno de mis sitios preferidos entonces. El placer de comerlas con mis padres me hacía feliz. Pero de todas mis memorias, la más extraordinaria es mi experiencia culinaria con ella y la gratitud que le debo a este platillo. Y es que a la #pizza le debo haberme graduado de la Universidad. Les cuento:
En 2003 la situación económica de mi familia no era la mejor, recién comenzaba mi segundo año de carrera y no tenía mucha solvencia como para mantener mi estadía en la Uni. La juventud genera gastos y el hambre luego de horas de conferencias y talleres es algo inevitable. Fue así que decidimos montar una pizzería en casa. Aprendimos la receta, comenzamos a vender y a ganar dinero y con ello pude costear mis viajes a La Habana desde Mayabeque cada fin de semana pues pasé mis vacaciones previas reuniendo la ganancia.
En aquella época existían varios negocios similares en mi pueblo, el de nosotros prosperaba y se hacía popular. ¿La razones? Me encanta improvisar y experimentar en la cocina y bajo ese espíritu incorporé una ligera variación en la receta de la #pizza que hizo la diferencia, dos ingredientes simples significaron el éxito: añadí mantequilla casera y puse más azúcar en la masa, sin descuidar la armonía con el queso y la salsa como un todo que marcara un sello distintivo y con calidad.
Así fue que la #pizza me ayudó a sobrevivir en la capital por dos años. Luego los proveedores del queso tuvieron algunos percances y el negocio cerró a pesar de que intentamos mantenerlo hasta el fin. Por eso, debo gratitud a la #pizza.
Hoy he estado rememorando estas vivencias mientras comparto feliz con mi madre una #pizza que compramos en uno de los kioscos más de moda. La sensación ha sido igualmente placentera que en los días de mi infancia y aunque no tiene ingredientes secretos distintivos en el sabor de la masa, la salsa de estas #pizzas es exquisita y me transportó a mi pasado.
También llegaron a mi memoria, con total nostalgia, los momentos que he compartido pizzas en caminatas románticas por Santa Clara con mi novio @roswelborges.
