Hola, cómo estan? Espero que estén bien. En este post les compartiré uno de nuestros platos favoritos que comemos en semana santa en familia con un pescado (Lebramche) frito con arroz y ensalada que nos hace pensar que estamos en la playa.

INGREDIENTS/ INGREDIENTES
- Pescado/ Fish
- Arroz/ Rice
- Zanahoria/ Carrot
- Salsa de ajo/ Garlic sauce
- Salsa inglesa/ Worcestershire sauce
- Pimienta negra/ Black pepper
- Ensalada/ Salad
PROCEDURE/ PROCEDIMIENTO
Para empezar, prepararemos nuestras rodajas de pescado dándoles sabor con un toque de sal, pimienta negra y orégano al gusto.
To begin, we will prepare our fish slices, adding a touch of salt, black pepper, and oregano to taste.
Seguimos dandole sabor con unas gotas de salsa de ajo y salsa inglesa al gusto.
We continue to flavor it with a few drops of garlic sauce and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
Luego pondremos a freír el pescado en un sartén con suficiente aceite por los dos lados.
Then we will fry the fish in a pan with enough oil on both sides.
Por otro lado, mientras se fríe el pescado prepararemos el arroz habitualmente como lo hacemos en casa aparte de agregarle zanahoria rallada.
Meanwhile, while the fish is frying, we will prepare the rice as we usually do at home, apart from adding grated carrots.
Para terminar, ya teniendo los pescados listos fritos. Los pondremos a servir junto al arroz con una ensalada de preferencia. A comer!
