Hola amigos de Hive. Espero que se encuentren bien. Algo que mi novio y yo tenemos en común es que nos encanta la comida asiática y cada vez que vemos un restaurante con esa gastronomía hacemos lo posible para ir. Esta vez fuimos Saiso k. food market. Una de las cosas que él y yo siempre queríamos probar era el saque, una bebida asiática a base de arroz. En lo personal me pareció una bebida alcohólica bastante fuerte, creo que con dos chop ya era suficiente para mi jaja
Hello friends of Hive. I hope you are feeling well. Something my boyfriend and I have in common is that we love Asian food and every time we see a restaurant with that gastronomy we do our best to go. This time we went to Saiso k. food market. One of the things he and I always wanted to try was saque, an Asian rice-based drink. Personally I thought it was a pretty strong alcoholic drink, I think two chop was enough for me haha.
Al entrar al restaurante hay un cuarto donde están colgados diversos cuadros, de series, cantantes y celebridades asiáticas. Una de ella era el popular cantante de la canción gangnam style. Al llegar escogimos nuestra mesa y el menú era digital, así que fuimos viendo y escogiendo nuestros platillos y bebidas.
As you enter the restaurant there is a room where various pictures of Asian series, singers and celebrities are hung. One of them was the popular singer of the song gangnam style. When we arrived we chose our table and the menu was digital, so we were looking and choosing our dishes and drinks.
Mientras esperábamos por los platillos yo pedí un jugo de naranja asiático y mi novio pidió un saque. Para ambos pedimos unas gyozas las cuales eran fritas, la verdad nunca las había probado así, ya que las tradicionales suelen cocinarse al vapor así que no fueron de mis preferidas en esta cena. Mi novio pidió un lamen, el cual olvide tomarle fotos y yo me pedí unos dumpling, los cuales estan super ricos, la masa era esponjosa y eso me encanta.
While we were waiting for the dishes I ordered an Asian orange juice and my boyfriend ordered a serve. For both of us we ordered some gyozas which were fried, the truth is that I had never tasted them like that, since the traditional ones are usually steamed so they were not my favorite at this dinner. My boyfriend ordered a lamen, which I forgot to take pictures of and I ordered some dumplings, which were super delicious, the dough was fluffy and I love that.
Ya al finalizar cuando fuimos a pagar, observamos que al frente del cajero había un mini market, donde podías encontrar bebidas, dulces y helados asiáticos. Yo siempre tenía la ilusión de probar uno de estos helados en forma de pescado así que aproveché la oportunidad, ya que siempre hay un espacio para el postre jaja. Habia un sabor bastante peculiar que era de frijoles negros, pero realmente yo me fui por lo seguro que fue uno de chocolate.
At the end when we went to pay, we noticed that in front of the cashier there was a mini market, where you could find drinks, sweets and Asian ice cream. I always had the illusion of trying one of these fish-shaped ice creams so I took the opportunity, since there is always a space for dessert haha. There was a quite peculiar flavor which was black bean, but I really went for the chocolate one for sure.
