eat mixed tofu

Does anyone know what tahu campur is?
Tahu campur is one of the typical foods of Lamongan, East Java. Tahu campur is mixed with vegetables, beef soup, beef tendon, cassava, yellow noodles, crackers, and of course a dark colored sauce that uses petis seasoning. According to the story, this tahu campur has been around since the Dutch era. There used to be a native who worked as a Dutch chef. After he quit his job, he returned to his village and started a food business that was the same as when he was still working with the Dutch, but the main ingredient was replaced with tofu. The story is very interesting, I am curious about who created this food.

This is my first time eating tahu campur. This is a suggestion from my friend. Because I was curious and coincidentally my stomach was hungry, I immediately went to buy tahu campur.

Actually, the menu is not only tahu campur. There are several other menus but there must be tofu. Because this is my first time buying tahu campur, I chose to order tahu campur. Actually, you can use lontong, but I'm on a diet so I don't use lontong

For the drink, I ordered hot plain tea. I'm reducing sugar. Because it's not good to consume sweet things too often.

The food is ready to eat. I think the portion is quite large. No need to use lontong, it already makes me full. There are also lots of vegetables.

The taste of the sauce is sweet but fresh. However, for those who don't like sweet, here they provide chili sauce. You can add chili sauce, making the taste even better.

Who would have thought it looks simple but tastes good and I think the creator of mixed tofu food deserves appreciation. The combination of tofu, mixed with vegetables, yellow noodles, and beef soup makes a very delicious taste

besides tahu campur, I'm actually curious about the special tahu tek. but my stomach is already very full, maybe next time I'll try it. if you look at the picture it's interesting. the seasoning looks very interesting. makes me curious.

I am very grateful to live in a city where there are so many regional specialties sold in the capital. There are so many different foods that we can easily get and taste. Who would have thought that regional cuisine has so many flavors and is definitely unique and there is always a history of the origin of the creation of the food.
