Hello everyone, today I'm here to greet you with my favorite dish, which is Yam Wun Jeen. But this meal is a little special because I have sun-dried beef made by myself. Today, I'll introduce you to the method of making it briefly because it's very easy to make. And the recipe will be different depending on each person's preference.
In the past few days, the sun has been out, and I've been thinking about the sun-dried beef menu that I like to eat. And it's not easy to find because before this, there was almost no sunlight. So I wanted to eat this menu, so I asked my mother to buy me some beef.
After getting the beef, I cut it into small, long pieces to prepare for marinating before putting it in the sun. The seasonings are seasoning powder. For me, I add green-capped sauce, garlic powder, and lemongrass powder to add fragrance. Then, I marinate it. Actually, it only takes one hour, but because the day I made it, the sun was setting and there was no sunlight, so I marinated it and put it in the refrigerator.
The next day, I arranged the marinated beef to put it in the sun. I intended to dry it for a short time, thinking that two hours would be enough before turning it over. In the end, it took about four hours, which was just right. If I dried it for too long, the meat would be too hard and difficult to eat when fried or grilled. So this time, I didn't dry it for that long.
After drying it in the sun, I went to collect it. Actually, there should be a cloth covering it when drying it. I usually use it, but since there aren't any insects right now, I dried it without using a cloth covering it. After collecting it, I grilled it with a little oil. The meat was very fragrant and the taste was amazing. I ate it with rice vermicelli and all the vegetables. It went well together. And as usual, I made the original rice vermicelli salad recipe, and it was very delicious. The meat was so fragrant and delicious. I really liked it.
And this is the story of making sun-dried meat. The origin of the first sun-dried meat is meat that is sun-dried only once and not dried again. That's why it's called sun-dried meat. I hope everyone likes my post. Thank you for following. Have a nice day.
