Today I made a very healthy fruit salad for my mother-in-law I cook a carbohydrates food due to her health condition she needed something different and i don't have a proteinous food to cook for her so I have to prepare a fruit salad for her since she loves eating fruit.
I made this fruit salad in a different way by add groundnut to it because groundnut goes well with carrot, cucumber and our local red apple and she was very happy that I made it for her and my kids would let enjoy it because they eat the fruit salad with grandma.
INGREDIENTS USED
2 piece of cucumber
4 piece of carrots
1 apple
A handful of groundunt.
PROCEDURE
This process is very easy and simple but very healthy and delicious too.
Firstly I will wash all my fruits with neat water and after washing them I will now start cutting them.
I will also cut my cucumbers and add to my carrots.
I will continue by cutting my red local Apple.
I will now add my groundunt.
Looking at this my sweet fruit salad is very tempting and healthy too am glad she enjoyed her fruits with her grandchildren.
