Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well. Around where I live, there are so many food vendors. Starting from pecel, uduk rice, or mpe-mpe, grilled chicken, and so on. Well, I have tried almost all the food vendors in Salemba.
I just want to enjoy delicious food. Well, one of the foods that I just tried is black spiced duck. Actually, I have tried using black spice in other places, in the Senayan area. But, I want to try it in this place.

How does it taste, how does the chicken taste, is the spice spicy or not? Black spiced duck is identical to spicy flavors. For the place I tried, the taste of the black spice from the one I tried was not too spicy. And especially, in this black spice it is very thick And I like the black spice in this place.
Not too spicy, and not too, and can still be enjoyed. The spicy taste can be added from the chili sauce, from this food. This is what I like. The chili sauce is made separately, the spicy taste is made separately using chili sauce. Meanwhile, the taste of this black spice is very delicious. This is quite savory, and spicy, and I think it's very delicious.

Oh yeah, this place doesn't have a name. It's just that here it's Black Hat Madura Seasoned Duck. There's only that name at Spun Look of this place. Well, for the size of the chicken, I like the size of the chicken here. It's quite big and still very juicy. Although I ordered the breast which often feels dry, but in this place the taste of the chicken breast here is not too dry.
This is what I like. And I can also ask for the doneness of the fried chicken. So, the fried chicken is not too dry when fried. This is also what I like in this place. Well, how much is it? That might be the question my friends.
The price of Madura seasoned duck is actually almost the same. IDR 20,000, including raw vegetables and drinking water. It seems that the duck sellers agree on the same price. Even so, the taste of the food is very and I am satisfied with the protein. That's all I can tell you about the food I tried, see you again.
