Sausage Stir-fried Ear Mushrooms with Sweet Soy Sauce

Hi foodie lovers, it's nice to be able to share one of the home recipes that is often an alternative easy dish as a side dish for me to enjoy during the day. I got this recipe originally on social media, over time I have tried this recipe twice, in my opinion this recipe is very simple and can easily be tried by anyone.




Soy Sauce Mushroom Sausage

Sausage mushroom soy sauce is a combination of sautéed sausage with ear mushrooms that I chopped and then gave seasoning in the form of soy sauce and also oyster milk as a gong ingredient that makes the dish more delicious. This stir-fry is not spicy at all, it tastes more sweet and savory. With the chewy texture of the mushrooms and the softness of the finely crisped sausage, all the spices are perfectly absorbed.

Ingredients Used

4 pieces of sausage
5 green chilies
2 red chili peppers
4 pieces of ear mushrooms
3 cloves shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
¼ teaspoon salt




Cooking Steps


Step 1


Prepare ear mushrooms cut into small pieces according to taste, well for ear mushrooms I use dry ones and I have soaked them in hot water for about 20 minutes.

Step 2


Then chop the sausage about approximately 2cm then I crimp it finely on the surface of the sausage.

Step 3


Cut and thinly slice the chili peppers and onions then when all the ingredients are ready saute the onions with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.

Step 4


Then add the sausage, mushrooms, and onions and chilies and stir, add a little water and now cook until cooked.

Step 5


Then season with soy sauce and oyster sauce cook until everything is wilted then if the water has shrunk add salt.

Sausage sauteed mushrooms with soy sauce seasoning is ready to be served while warm on your favorite plate then enjoy slowly with the carbs you want. I combine it with a bit of warm white rice at lunchtime. Starting to scoop and try the taste is never bohonv very simple and delicious. With a sweet and savory taste and just right on the tongue, the combination of sausage and mushrooms is quite right I think the soy sauce and oyster sauce soak and make the sausage and mushrooms even more delicious.
