Good evening my lovely foodies community how are guys doing .i made a nutritious meal today and I want to share my recipe with you guys.
This food is very sweet and is one of my best soup that i don't joke with seriously.i really love it.
Okay guys let's sharply list out the ingredients of the soup .
2 bunches of ploughed fluted pumpkin
3 bunches of ploughed water leaves
1½ cups of red oil
Stock fish
Beaf meat
Kanda meat
Magala fish
Kpala fish
1 cup of periwinkle
Cry fish
Grounded paper
Salt to taste
2 seasonings
1 onion
Okay guys let's do the cooking now
Firstly i washed my beaf meat,cut my kanda and wash, wash my periwinkle and my stockfish and put inside the pot
So i wash my onion and slice it then add it in the post ,add my seasoning and salt then add water and set it on fire.

When the stock is still on fire cooking,i started to slice my water leaves and pumpkins leave.sorry guys i sliced my water leaves and pumpkin leaves before washing it. After slicing the water leaves i added salt to the slice leaves and wash it thoroughly.
Then i added the water leave to the pot and i pound my crayfish and add it to the pot then i allowed it to dry then i added my magala fish.
After the water leave has dry i added my pumpkin leaves, added the remaining crayfish i also added my kpala fish ,add my seasoning and lastly i added my red oil then turn well.i didn't add another salt when i tasted the soup the salt i added earlier was okay so i skipped another to avoid salty soup.
Guys this soup tastes good and is Really good for this weekend.u can enjoy it with any swallow of your choice
