Buenas noches apreciados amigos ,en este día preparé una sencilla merienda ya que hacían días quería comer Pero no tenía la batata pero decidí comprar algunas e hice mi merienda de antojo. Algunas veces las sancocho también y acompaño mis comidas.
Good evening, dear friends. Today I prepared a simple snack, since I've been craving some for days. But I didn't have any sweet potatoes, so I decided to buy some and make my craving snack. Sometimes I also boil them and use them with my meals.
Luego de tener mi batata Tomé el cu hillo y la fui pelando quitándole toda la concha hasta dejar la pulpa bien .pelada. Luego procedo a picar en tajadas.
After having my sweet potato, I took the cu hillo and peeled it, removing all the skin until the pulp was well peeled. Then I proceeded to cut it into slices.
Lave las tajadas y tome un envase con agua. Coloque un poco de sal y coloqué las tajadas en el agua salada para luego calentar el sartén con aceite y llevar a freirlas
Wash the slices and take a container with water. Add a little salt and place the slices in the salt water. Then, heat a pan with oil and fry them.
Con mucho cuidado fui friendo las rebanadas de batata sin dejar que se quemaran las fui colocando en un plato y luego que reposaron disfruté de este plato, la batata estaba demasiado dulce y con lo salado del remojo en agua quedaron especiales.Asi quedó mi batata frita en este día.
Very carefully I fried the sweet potato slices without letting them burn. I placed them on a plate and after they rested I enjoyed this dish. The sweet potato was too sweet and with the saltiness from soaking in water they were special. This is how my fried sweet potato turned out that day.
