Buenos dias a todos, el hombre en su subsistencia es depredador por naturaleza, como el resto de los seres vivos, quiero decir la regla de convivencia, porque referente a la carne siempre se degusta carne de cerdo, de res, de cordeo, de chivos, etc. bueno en este caso me toco degustar la carne de un animal silvestre, pero el mismo tambien se lo puede domesticar o sea criarlo como los cerdos por ejemplo, con la diferencia de que el carpincho se alimenta de la raices de las plantas que flotan en las lagunas, se asemeja mucho al cerdo, por su piel, color y tamaño, bueno esta ocacion, me trajeron una porcion de esa carne asi que lo cocine en la olla, con bastante cebolla, ajo, morron, cebolla de verdeo, perejil y un poco de curcuma, la verdad amigos salio muy rico.
Para acompañar dicha carne lo hice con pure de papas, luego de hervir muy bien las papas, al pisarlas le agrege un poco de mantequilla, leche y sal a gusto, el cual tambien salio muy rico.
