- Today I want to share with you my experience having brunch for the first time at Mimo Seixal, it is a café famous for its brunches and for a long time I wanted to go and give it a try and try their food, but something always happened, so in the middle of the storm Jana, I managed to go out one day when the weather was better and invite my partner to eat, to surprise him a little in these gray days of rain and to cheer us up with warm food.

- El día de hoy quiero compartirles mi experiencia tomando el brunch por primera vez en Mimo Seixal, es un café famoso por sus brunches y desde hace tiempo quise ir a darle una oportunidad y probar sus comidas, pero siempre sucedía algo, así que en plena la tormenta Jana, logre salir un día en el que el clima estaba mejor e invite a mi pareja a comer, para sorprenderlo un poco en estos días grises de lluvia y lograr animarnos con comida calentita.
- When reviewing a restaurant the first thing I talk about is the decoration and attention, as it is the first impression we have when entering an establishment and the first thing that crossed my mind was Pinterest, I do not know why it reminded me of those home decorations that are in trend, pastel colors, something vintage, but all modern base, no doubt I liked it made me feel very comfortable as if I were having coffee in a home. As for the attention, there were two very nice girls, even one came to help us and guide us where to leave our things because of the rain and invited us to serve us water in case we wanted, while she left us the menu which, in that case, left the QR to see that we had smartphones.

- Al reseñar un restaurante lo primero que hablo es de la decoración y atención, ya que es la primera impresión que tenemos al entrar a un establecimiento y lo primero que me paso por la cabeza fue Pinterest, no sé por qué me recordó a esas decoraciones hogareñas que están en tendencia, colores pasteles, algo vintage, pero todo base moderno, sin duda me gusto me hizo sentir muy cómoda como si fuera a tomar un café en un hogar. En cuanto a la atención, había dos chicas muy majas, incluso una se acercó a ayudarnos y orientarnos donde dejar las cosas por la lluvia y nos invitó a servirnos agua en caso de que queramos, mientras nos dejó el menú que, en ese caso, dejó el QR al ver que teníamos teléfonos inteligentes.

Personally, we decided to order the brunch that brings different options and is perfect for two people to share. The brunch comes with croissant, drink, pancake, eggs, accompanied with toast and bacon, and a bowl of yogurt with granola and fruit.

- Bueno, como podemos observar en las fotos, este lugar es moderno y el menú lo podemos encontrar en una tabla que te entregan donde puedes escanear el menú. A nivel visual es muy lindo, va de la mano junto con la decoración del lugar, las fotos de las comidas están hermosas y muy provocativas. Este establecimiento tiene una variedad, de hamburguesas, sandwiches, panqueques salados, wrap y varios dulces como brownie, galletas, pasteles y bebidas naturales. En lo personal, decidimos pedir el brunch que trae distintas opciones y es algo perfecto para compartir dos personas. El brunch trae croissant, bebida, panqueque, huevos, acompañado con pan tostado y bacon, y un bowl de yogur con granola y fruta.

The important moment of the day, the food, let's talk about how was the taste, time and appearance of the food we were served and the drinks. The first thing we received were the drinks, it took almost no time at all. A strawberry fruit juice and hot chocolate, both got a 10/10. Especially the hot chocolate, it was creamy and not too sweet. A perfect balance. The juice was also delicious, it was 100% natural, no sugar added.
As for the food itself I found everything very delicious, especially the bowl of granola and fruit, the yogurt is homemade which makes it unique and the touch of honey topping, gives it an excellent sweetness, although it seems strange it was my favorite dish because I loved the yogurt that was placed, it was neither sour nor sweet and the granola with the combination of fruit was right, I devoured this bowl to seconds. The rest of the dishes, the eggs, the pancake and the croissant, were also delicious. I did not try the bacon. My partner commented that it was very oily, but this type of meat is always like that, but he thought the bacon was too fatty. He didn't like the eggs very much, he thinks it lacks salt, but in my opinion my palate loved it. I like it when the eggs don't have too much salt and have a sweet touch from the butter.
So as you can see in the pictures we devoured all the food because it was delicious and I wanted to eat a dessert from the place, I asked for a brownie, but the girl told me that they are still too hot to be served so I will try them next time, because in the picture of the menu they looked delicious.

El momento importante del día, la comida, vamos a hablar de cómo fue el sabor, el tiempo y el aspecto de la comida que nos sirvieron y las bebidas. Lo primero que recibimos fueron las bebidas, no demoró casi nada. Un zumo de frutas de fresas y chocolate caliente, ambos tienen un 10/10. Sobre todo el chocolate caliente, fue cremoso y no muy dulce. Un equilibrio perfecto. El zumo también estuvo delicioso, era 100% natural, sin azúcar añadido.
En cuanto la comida en sí me pareció todo muy delicioso, sobre todo el bowl de granola y frutas, el yogur es casero por lo cual lo hace único y el toque de miel de topping, le da un dulzor excelente, aunque parezca extraño fue mi plato favorito porque adore el yogur que le colocaron, no estaba ni agrio ni dulce y la granola con la combinación de frutas fue acertado, me devore este bowl a los segundos. El resto de los platos, los huevos, el panqueque y el croissant, también estaban deliciosos. Yo no probé el bacon. Mi pareja me comentó que estaba muy aceitoso, pero este tipo de carne siempre es así, pero que a su gusto le pareció que tenía mucha grasa el bacon. Los huevos a él no le gustó mucho, piensa que le hace falta sal, pero en mi opinión mi paladar lo adoró. Me gusta cuando a los huevos no se les siente mucho la sal y quedan con un toque dulce por la mantequilla.
Así que como pueden apreciar en las fotos nos devoramos toda la comida porque fue deliciosa y quede con ganas de comer un postre del lugar, solicite un brownie, pero me comento la chica que están todavía muy calientes para servirse por lo cual queda para la próxima probarlos, porque en la foto del menú se veían deliciosos.

Honestly, I can't see the negative side to this establishment, but as I said before, next time we will try the vegetarian food and yes I will share them without a doubt.

- Bueno creo que el resto de la reseña ya dio un veredicto para este establecimiento de comida, sin duda volveré quiero probar más cosas del menú, tienen opciones vegetarianas que quiero probar, el brunch se lleva 5 estrellas, te sacia el apetito, la variedad de comida te permite compartirlas con dos personas, los sabores estaban equilibrados y las atenciones al cliente son 10/10 siempre estuvieron atendiéndonos con una alegría, bromas y nos preguntaron si disfrutamos la comida o si deseamos dejar una sugerencia. Honestamente, no le puedo ver el lado negativo a este establecimiento, pero como dije anteriormente, la próxima vez vamos a poner a prueba la comida vegetariana y sí los compartiré sin duda.
