The Oriental Kitchen that can cook you everything

in Eating Out17 days ago

Hello and Good day dear hivers. How's your weekend going? Well there's a saying that if you wont die of hunger whenever you're in Thailand. And is true about it. Why I said so? Well it is because you can get any form/kind of food every where even in some rural villages.

As in yesterday, I have no idea what to have for my dinner and decided ride my bike around, and this lil red tent got my attention which just located beside of the main road which not really have vehicle passing by.

So without hesitation and my instinct told me this wont wrong about it. And as you can see, there's no menu provided. What comes out from your mind they will get it done for you. But where's the kitchen? Some asked?

There you are. Everything is prepared fresh and live in front of you. Who needs separated kitchen? That's for children Uncle Roger says.

What about the ingredient? Here you are. Everything is stored with iced for maximum freshness. Convenient right.

Preparing in progress after your oder were placed. Everything the chef needs is prepared and cook by her and herself. No assistant needed.

Waiting and dining in area. Simple set up. 100% feels of with the nature.

So I got Pad si yew (Thailand deep fried) aka Fried kuey teow ( Malaysia Fried) . Different in between those is Thai version tend to use more garlic to fried, taste wise is more on sweet side and noodle is wide and more transparent.

Well time to have my meal. Would you give it a try? Thank you and see you around soon.
