Enjoy Cheese Balls During Ramadan

If you love crispy corquete-type food items, then maybe you should try to eat cheese balls by making them yourself at home, as it is not as difficult as it seems; let's dive into the basic recipe for it:

  • Smashed boiled potatoes (2 pieces are enough)

  • Cheddar cheese slices

  • Bread crumbs

  • Corn flour

  • Oil for deep frying

  • Boiled chicken pieces

Now all you have to do is make rounds of a mixture of boiled smashed potatoes, a little bit of cheddar cheese, chicken pieces, a little bit of corn flour, and bread crumbs to make small rounds.

Now once you have done all of the above, you make sure that the uncooked round cheese balls are not sticky and season them further with some corn flour and bread crumbs. Once you are done with this process, you need to deep fry the cheese balls so they are well cooked and look like corquette, which has a crispy feeling towards it.

You can enjoy the cheese balls with your family and take them with tomato ketchup or even mayonnaise. This is a really tasty food item that has a lot of rich taste, and I am sure you are going to enjoy it with your loved ones.
