This mujair fish is a brackish water fish that many people like, including me, so yesterday my mother and I went to the fish market, the plan was to buy shrimp, but when I saw this mujair fish, I didn't buy the shrimp. I bought this mujair fish. It seems that mujair fish in sambal teros with a little terasi added will be very tasty, one of my favorite menus when breaking fast.

When I got home, I cleaned the fish first, then I marinated the fish with a little salt and lime, then I kept it in the fridge, I didn't cook it right away, because this is for the iftar menu, I think I cooked it a little late in the afternoon, while waiting for the afternoon, I rested for a while because today the weather is really hot and makes me hot,
After the lunch break, I immediately went to my simple kitchen, first of all I cooked the rice first, then I prepared the seasoning that I will cook for the fish, that is, I only used the ingredients at home, such as chili, onion, and tomato plus a little tarsi,

2 mujair fish
100 grams of green chili
5 red cayenne pepper
5 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 piece of terasi


Manufacturing procedure



First


Blend all the spices, also add 1 sheet of shrimp paste,puree until smooth and add a little water

saute the spices until fragrant, until the oil dries up, don't forget to add a little salt,

Third


While waiting for the spices to cook, fry the mujair fish until it is perfectly cooked, then after the spices are cooked, sprinkle the spices on top of the fried fish, and the fried fish with sambal terasi is ready to be served.

Fried fish sambal terasi is ready, and can be enjoyed right away, I served it with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber, the fish taste very crisp, the seasoning is spicy and savory

This mujair fish is one of our family's favorite fish, we often cook this mujair fish, if it is not fried, it is cooked in gulai, it is also very tasty when cooked in gulai plik.
