We always want to eat something new and tasty but we cannot eat pizza and burger every day. All these things are not best for us because we cannot live a healthy lifestyle with this. A balanced diet is necessary for our body so that we get all the nutrients. Therefore, all kinds of vegetables are included in home food and many people believe that home food is not tasty but I have many such tasty recipes, this is also one of them.
Children like ladyfinger vegetable very much. Ladyfinger vegetable is made in almost all the houses. This can be made in both lunch and dinner. This is a dry vegetable.
Ingredients:-
Oil:- 1 big spoon
Ladyfinger:- 250 gram
Cumin seeds :- 1 tea spoon
Mustard seeds :- 1 tea spoon
Asafoetida :- 1/4 tea spoon
Green chilli paste :- 1 tea spoon
Garlic paste :- 1 tea spoon
Onion :- 1 piece
Red chilli powder :- 2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder :- half tea spoon
Coriander powder :- 2 tea spoon
Salt :- half tea spoon
Method :-
To make Bhindi ki Sabzi, first we will wash the ladyfingers thoroughly with water and drain the water and dry them, then cut the upper and lower stalk of the ladyfingers and cut all the ladyfingers into small pieces
Put oil in a pan and fry all the ladyfingers well

Then put it in a sieve and take out the oil and keep it aside
Now put oil in a pan and heat it, add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and mix and after crackling add green chilli paste, garlic paste and onion and mix now when it is cooked, add red chilli powder to it Add powder, coriander, turmeric and salt and mix

Then add the fried bhindi kept on the side and mix well

Your delicious masala bhindi is ready Take it out in a serving plate and serve it with roti or paratha and eat.

जिससे की हमे सभी पोषक तत्व मिलते है इसलिए घर के खाने में हर तरह की सब्जिया शामिल होती है और बहुत से लोग मानते है कि घर का खाना स्वादिष्ट नहीं होता है पर मेरे पास ऐसी बहुत सी स्वादिष्ट रेसिपी है ये भी उन्ही में से एक है
भिंडी की सब्ज़ी बच्चो को बहुत पसंद है लगभग सभी घरों में भिंडी की सब्ज़ी बनती है ये लंच और डिनर दोनो में ही बना सकते हैं यह एक सूखी सब्ज़ी होती है
सामग्री:-
आयल :- 1 big spoon
भिंडी :- 250 gram
जीरा :- 1 tea spoon
राइ :- 1 tea spoon
हींग :- 1/4 tea spoon
हरि मिर्च पेस्ट :- 1 tea spoon
लसन पेस्ट :- 1 tea spoon
अनियन :- 1 piece
लाल मिर्च पाउडर :-2 tea spoon
हल्दी पाउडर :- half tea spoon
धनिया पाउडर :- 2 tea spoon
नमक :- half tea spoon
मेथड :-
भिंडी की सब्ज़ी बनाने के लिए पहले हम भिंडियों को पानी से अच्छी तरह से धोकर पानी निकाल कर सूखा लेंगे फिर भिंडी का ऊपर नीचे का डंठल काट कर सभी भिंडियों के छोटे टुकड़ों में काट लेंगे
एक पेन में आयल डालकर सारी भिंडी को अच्छे से फ्राई करेंगे

फिर इसे छलनी में डाल कर आयल को निकाल लेंगे और साइड में रख लेंगे
अब एक पेन में आयल डालकर उसे गरम करके उसमे हींग, राइ, जीरा डालकर मिक्स करें और तड़कने के बाद उसमें हरि मिर्च पेस्ट ,लसन पेस्ट और अनियन डालकर मिक्स करें अब पक जाने पर इसमें लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया, हल्दी, और नमक डालकर मिक्स करें

Goफिर साइड में रखी फ्राई भिंडी इसमें डाल कर अच्छी तरीक़े से मिक्स करें


अपनी स्वादिष्ट मसाला भिंडी बन कर तैयार हो गई है सर्विंग प्लेट में निकाल कर रोटी या पराठे के साथ परोसिये और खाइये
