It really helps me if there are cheap places to eat that I find on the way. There is a special trick that I usually do to find cheap places to eat.
Usually I will look for a place to eat around the university. There are usually many cheap and delicious places to eat around there. If the food entrepreneur sets a high price then students will definitely not go to that place.
There is a small cafe called [LATAR KITA] which is located right on the side of the traffic road near the university. The place looks like a classic building but looks clean and comfortable and not crowded with visitors when I went there for lunch.
Looking at the menu after entering I was. how surprised. not because it was expensive but surprised because a place to eat with easy access on the side of a big road is actually cheap.
The food costs $ 0.9 for today's dollar exchange rate when I wrote this blog with rupiah 16,600 today. Meanwhile, the drink menu is on average $ 0.3.
What I ordered was chicken soup with vegetables complete with rice. That made me hope it would make me full.
The vegetable chicken soup that I ordered came served in a large bowl and the bowl also looked good with a golden color.
It turned out that the portion was quite large with good filling. It also tasted good after I tasted it. With mushroom, cabbage, and carrot fillings.
Adjusted to the taste of the local tongue who likes spicy food and I was happy to get additional chili sauce, a spicy soy sauce that was suitable for the vegetable chicken soup menu that I ordered.
Meanwhile, for drinks I ordered hot orange and the orange flavor was not too strong but that's okay because the most important thing is that I can be full and can continue my work later.
After lunch I took photos around the cafe area. It doesn't look luxurious but it's like comfort as it is. Identical to the wood that looks sturdy and also looks cool with some plants.
There is also a special indoor air-conditioned room provided which I think is more reflective of young people like students.
I'm grateful that I found a cheap place to eat like this and it's suitable for a stopover trip.
