Congratulations! You can eat 'Ketupat' again after 16 years.... You are very good at crafting them and really good at cooking. Your dish was decorated beautifully. Although I don't like tofu (since I had a bad experience with it when I was a child), your dish looks yummy.
I think I saw a similar thing like "Ketupat" in my hometown, Phatthalung province, in the South of Thailand. If you said, it's Moslem dish, there are some Moslem people living in my hometown as well.... ;)
