But this is a carrot tempura mixed with eggs, adding an extra flavor to the carrot flavor. Very tasty. Very fragrant. So let's see how to make it.
- 250g of carrot
- An egg
- Two cloves of garlic
- Four pods of green chillies
- A half ripe tomato
- A normal sized b onion
- A few curry leaves
- A full teaspoon of chilli pieces
- Half teaspoon of pepper powder
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Two tablespoons of oil
The method of making;
First, grate the carrots that have been washed and cleaned thoroughly.
Now, wash and clean the large onion and cut them into long pieces, cut the garlic into slices, cut the tomatoes into squares, and cut the green chillies into long strips.
Beat the egg well.
Now add oil to the pan and when the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds.
When the mustard seeds pop will, add the sliced garlic and fry on low heat for about a minute.
Now add chopped onions.
Stir fry within a minute.
After that add tomato pieces.
Now add grated carrot.
Add salt powder, pepper powder with chilli pieces.
Cook over low heat for about three minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then add an egg.
Mix well on low heat.
Finally turn off stove and add curry leaves with green chillies and stir fry two minutes.
It looks pleasing to the eye and tastes delicious smell to the nose. A taste that makes you want to eat. A taste that makes you hungry. Really delicious. Because, when the carrot tempura and egg are combined, the flavor is very delicious. I think it good for try this with rice. Similarly, I think this is a delicious tempura dish to try with string hoppers, hopoers, and dosa.
