Ingredients;

- A chopped three pods green chillies
- Chopped A few curry leaves
- Chopped three pods of dry chillies
- Half teaspoon of salt powder
- A teaspoon of chilli pieces
- Four tablespoons of plain flour
- 100ml of coconut oil
The method of making;
This manioc, boiled with turmeric, needs to be mashed very well. First, remove the middle part of it.
(These cassava pieces I received were a bit tough, no matter how much they were boiled. That's why it was very difficult to mash. But when you choose, be careful to choose very fresh cassava.)
Now add chopped onions, dry chillies, green chillies and curry leaves.
Then add chilli pieces with salt powder to it.
After that flour.
Mix well all.
Make a small ball from the mixture and press it lightly with your hands.
Make a hole in the middle.
Add the hot oil and fry on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. This usually takes about four minutes to fry on both sides.
This is a great snack for your tea time. It can also be made as a tasty snack when you feel hungry.
