Hello my loving Hiveans,
How are you, Good evening, dear friends. It has been raining non-stop all day today, from morning until now. It is so bad that I can't even go out of the home. We are happy even though our daily routines are a little delayed. I believe my dear friends are also very happy. Today, I have brought you a very easy and simple snack that you can make from my favorite art. This is a very important recipe for your tea time, or for a little hunger. If you have bread at home, this is a delicious recipe that you can make and taste very quickly. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- About five slices of leftover bread
- A bowl of water
- About three tablespoons of bread flour
- About 100ml of coconut oil
- A average sized potato
- A large onion
- Two cloves of garlic
- A few curry leaves
- Two or three pods of chillies
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Two teaspoons of chilli pieces
The method of making;
Chop the curry leaves, green chilies, onions, and garlic into very small pieces.
Dip the bread slices in a bowl of water and squeeze them well.
Grate the potatoes into the same bowl as the squeezed bread slices.
Now add the chopped onions, green chilies, curry leaves, and garlic to it.
Then add salt powder, turmeric powder and chilli pieces.
Mix well.
Now add flour to it.
Then mix alltogether well.
Now, as shown in the picture, take a small amount, add it to the hot oil, and fry on low heat for five to six minutes until both sides are golden brown.
It's good for your little hunger pangs, or for afternoon tea, and it's also good for kids' hunger. But you need to make it a little less spicy.You too can try a delicious dish with a simple recipe without throwing away leftover bread like this.
Warmly thanking you for reading.
