Good Morning!
Yesterday was so windy, but we managed to go out for federal election. It was kinda weird. I don't think I'm remembering well enough, as they had to put our name on the ballots envelope. In other word, they will know who voted for whom. That's just so odd 🤔🤣🤔🤣
Imagine your friend is a name to vote on the ballot but you are voting someone else. With your name stated on the envelope of the ballot, your friend might find out 🤣🤔🤣🤔
Ah well. Whatever. I voted.
For today's recipe, it's a savory snack or savory cake from Indonesia.
3/4 c flour
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
2 eggs
200 ml almond milk
1/2 can corned beef
100 g garlic mayonnaise
Ready to use grated cheese
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1-2 tbsp almond milk
Bread crumbs, as needed
Vegetable oil, for frying
First, let's make the skin.
Mix flour, bouillon powder, in a bowl, then stir in milk, followed with eggs, mix until completely combined and smooth. If needed, strain.
Make thin crepes.
Meanwhile, mix corned beef, mayo, cheese, sweetened condensed milk in a bowl.
Take a skin, place some corned beef and fold like an envelope.
Beat an egg and milk on a plate, and dip the filled crepe on both side.
Roll filled crepe on bread crumbs, then fry until golden brown over low-medium heat.
Enjoy!
