Papaya bien madura, dulcita, en su mejor punto, según mis gustos. Naranja bien cargada, combina a la perfección con el resto de ingredientes y le brinda un toque cítrico, aportando un equilibrio perfecto entre lo ácido y lo dulce que realza el sabor esta deliciosa preparación.

Ingredients for one glass:
- 1 cup ripe papaya cut into chunks.
- 1/2 juicy and sweet orange.
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger.
Ingredientes para un vaso:
- 1 taza de papaya madura cortada en trozos.
- 1/2 naranja jugosa y dulce.
- 1/2 cucharadita de jengibre rallado.

I prepared this drink using my blender, so just add the ingredients in it. The papaya cut into pieces, the grated ginger and in the case of the orange I extracted its juice directly with my hands, it was so juicy that it was very easy and some pieces of pulp came off by themselves, which was great and I took the opportunity to integrate them into the preparation.
Esta bebida la preparé usando mi licuadora, así que basta con agregar los ingredientes en ella. La papaya cortada en trozos, el jengibre rallado y en el caso de la naranja extraje su jugo directamente con mis manos, estaba tan jugosa que resultó muy fácil y algunos trocitos de pulpa se desprendieron solos, lo cual fue genial y aproveché de integrarlos a la preparación.
