Hace unos días cuando fuí al teatro me encontré un snack que me encantó, en general soy fan del los plátanos fritos, son plátanos verdes picados en finas rodajas que se tuestan hasta deshidratarlos, a mí me gustan con sal y ajo en polvo, pero lo que me pareció curioso de estos platanitos fué su forma que tiene un corte ondulado no se si me explico y también son más gruesos, pero crocantes, la verdad quedé fascinada.
