Parece mentira, pero ya pasaron 21 años desde aquel inolvidable día. Recuerdo que vivíamos en capital federal, mientras construíamos en Ezeiza y ese fin de semana, Marcelo estaba en Ezeiza trabajando, cuando golpéo la puerta de mi cuñada que ya no está en este plano y le digo, tengo algo de contracciones. Ella me responde diciéndome anda a acostarte y si siguen me avisas y vamos al hospital. A los minutos viene a mi habitación y me pregunta ¿cada cuanto? Cada 10 minutos respondí. Ella como que se asusta y me dijo agarra tu bolso y vamos. Por suerte yo ya tenía todo listo y partimos. En un par de horas, Ashley ya estaba con nosotros.

It seems unbelievable, but 21 years have passed since that unforgettable day. La comida siempre está presente en nuestras vidas y en estos eventos familiares más todavía. Mi hija se dedica a la repostería y me dijo que ella traería la torta, pero como a mí también me gusta hacerlo y sobre todo sorprenderla, también preparé la mía. También preparé matambre a la pizza, acompañado con ensalada rusa. Obviamente, los sandwiches de miga que a todos nos encanta. Algo de ensaladas verdes con tomates y la infaltable chipa Guazú. Para complementar, adicione algunas papas al horno. ¿Mucho no? Sí, creo que sí 😄.

Como estos eventos tienen que ver con comer y pasar un grato momento y pese a que nos son recetas, igualmente elijo a esta comunidad para exponer mi post. Todo lo que prepare es por que son las elecciones favoritas de mi hija. Siempre le encanto el matambre a la pizza que preparo y por supuesto las cosas dulces.

Acompañamos la cena con Gancia y sprite, que también es la predileccion de Ashley y nos niños gaseosa para complementar el agua. Días de mucho calor en argentina y no tener aire acondicionado, los ventiladores eran la estrella de la casa.

La decoración de la mesa y el lugar para sacarnos las fotos, fue idea de @geronimo06 que al igual que su hermano estaban emocionados por la visita de su hermana mayor. Pasamos un grato momento con nuestra princesa y por último para rematar la noche, me pidió si le podía cortar el cabello. Por supuesto saque fuerza y le dije que sí. Todo sea para que ella se sienta bien y sepa que tiene una familia que lo quiere mucho.
