We went past Fitzbillies, but not sure I've been in. We got some snacks from the market that had a great selection as our meal was mid-afternoon. It looks like I have more to explore despite visiting many times over the years. There's been loads of building on the outskirts, but prices are crazy.
Cambridge is less than an hour from us, so easy to visit. We've been to loads of gigs at the Corn Exchange.
Haha!! Yes!! The Corn Exchange - perhaps we crossed paths there once or twice 😅 Best vegan burgers in town just next door. Cambridge is such a magical city. A bit of a bubble really. So much to explore, such a buzz. Grantchester Meadows was my favourite haunt - there’s a pretty little cafe at the end of the walk along the Cam. The Orchard Tea Garden. Have you been? Also recommend! And the Mill Pub 🙌🏼 - the green out front occasionally perused by the cows!
